Sources have informed that Spain's Ferrovial has made its bid to buy three British airports including Glasgow, Southampton and Aberdeen airports, after which the regulators will have little control over the company's profits.
However, the amount offered by Spanish group was not disclosed by the people familiar with the matter. Meanwhile, a report published in Spanish newspaper Expansion has reported this amount to be around 800 million Pounds.
The company has offered to purchase these airports from its Heathrow Airport Holdings (HAH) partners.
